Well-located city hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and good breakfast. Convenient for the new bus station and plenty of nearby food options. Clean and new, with a spacious family room. Fast wifi. Worth taking the tuk-tuk tour to Mihintale. Great common area for solo travelers. Amazing evening ambiance.

Delicious Food: The onsite restaurant at the hotel served mouthwatering dishes that were like a symphony of flavors, leaving my taste buds dancing with joy.
Language Barrier: Due to the language barrier, communication with one of the drivers became a bit challenging.

Our romantic escape was amazing! the staff was exceptional, always happy and willing to help. the room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. We loved the close proximity to the cultural heritage area and the free guided tour was informative. Plus, the internet connection was great!
There were a few aspects that could have been better. the lack of nearby food options left us with limited choices.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the new town area. The location was perfect - tucked away off the main road, it was quiet and peaceful at night. The room I stayed in was basic but clean and had all the required facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help out with any requests. I also appreciated the value for money and the included breakfast.
No major issues, everything was fine.

Loved the variety of dishes at the onsite restaurant. So convenient to have airport transfers, grocery delivery, and laundry services available. And don't get me started on the fire extinguisher and first aid kit - made me feel so safe!
Absolutely adored the glass wall above the door letting in all that lovely light while I was trying to sleep. So thoughtful!

Loved the convenience of airport transfers, laundry service, and grocery delivery. Safety features were on point, and the roundtrip airport shuttle was a bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful with sightseeing arrangements. Free WiFi and a beautiful garden added to the experience.
Hot water was clearly overrated, just like the quality of service.
